How will I know my child has boarded?
The assistant scans the child’s QR code or RFID tag. The system records the event and sends an authorised parent notification.
Can parents see the vehicle?
The planned parent portal includes live GPS tracking and authorised live video monitoring while the child is tagged in and onboard.
Who supervises the scholars?
Each journey is planned with a professional driver and a dedicated female transport assistant who manages scanning, doors, younger learners and handovers.
Privacy notice
Child safety includes
data safety.
The planned service will only provide authorised parents with information about their own child’s journey. Camera access, location data, check-in records and notifications must be governed by approved privacy and POPIA processes.
